You possess advanced Excel skills, allowing you to automate and integrate monthly reporting processes effectively. You are comfortable providing scenario analysis for OpEx reinvestment strategies and translating business requirements into financial impact assessments. Your ability to partner with operational teams ensures that headcount needs are accurately tracked and forecasted across the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assume ownership of the Studios OpEx headcount planning, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting of personnel expenses. You will support quarterly guidance and operating plan processes by delivering timely, accurate opex projections. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining comprehensive reconciliation reports that align with financial systems, ensuring data integrity across all platforms.

You will establish standardized templates that capture granular department-level spend and provide readily available variance explanations to support leadership decision-making. Your focus on process improvement will drive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy, making a significant impact on the overall efficiency of the Studios Finance team.
