Who you are
You have extensive experience in HR business partnering, ideally with a focus on operations and strategy. You understand how to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring that teams are structured and resourced effectively to drive impact. Your ability to coach senior leaders and develop leadership pipelines is a key strength, enabling you to support long-term organizational growth.
You possess a deep understanding of organizational design and effectiveness, allowing you to facilitate discussions that enhance alignment between strategy and execution. You are skilled at evaluating operating models and governance structures to improve efficiency and decision-making across teams. Your collaborative approach fosters strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that HR strategies are well-integrated into business operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders in the Delivery Commercial Operations and Global Strategy & Planning teams to shape business strategy through a people lens. You will drive organizational design discussions that enhance alignment between strategy and execution, evaluating operating models and governance to improve efficiency. Your responsibilities will include coaching senior leaders and their teams, strengthening leadership pipelines, and designing succession strategies to support Uber's long-term goals.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that the teams are structured, resourced, and led effectively to deliver impact at scale. Your insights will help shape the strategic agenda and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that Uber Delivery remains competitive in the market. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and alignment with Uber's cultural identity, ensuring that HR initiatives support the overall mission of the organization.
