Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in technical environments, where you've successfully led projects from inception to completion. Your background includes working closely with engineering and UX teams, ensuring that products meet both user needs and business goals. You are adept at data analysis and can translate complex data into actionable insights that drive product decisions.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with stakeholders across various levels of the organization. Your ability to prioritize and manage competing demands is exceptional, enabling you to navigate complex project landscapes while maintaining focus on high-value opportunities. You are passionate about improving user experiences and have a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
Desirable
Experience with GenAI or similar technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with e-commerce platforms. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable leading discussions that shape product direction. Your analytical mindset helps you identify trends and opportunities that enhance product offerings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own key products within the Seller Fees team, focusing on enhancing the integrity of fees charged to sellers. You will independently envision and execute large projects, starting with customer problem discovery and data gathering, and moving through to designing creative solutions and defining product requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing the technical execution of these projects and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
You will engage with various stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept through to launch and beyond. This includes contributing to roadmap planning and leadership review documents, such as PRFAQs and business reviews. You will also dive deep into seller escalations to address existing functionality issues, ensuring that the seller experience on Amazon is continuously improved.
