Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in e-commerce or cross-border commerce. You possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and are adept at driving product vision and strategy. Your analytical skills allow you to make data-driven decisions that enhance customer experiences and business performance. You have experience leading agile development processes and collaborating with engineering and design teams to bring products from conception to launch. You are comfortable developing business cases and financial models, and you understand how to manage P&L metrics effectively. Your ability to analyze customer behavior data helps you identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Desirable
Experience in international markets and localization efforts is a plus. Familiarity with logistics and compliance in cross-border commerce will set you apart. You are a strong communicator who can work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Business, Finance, and Operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the product vision and roadmap for cross-border commerce initiatives, focusing on expanding Amazon's Global Store presence and exports program. You will drive product development from conception to launch, ensuring that product requirements are defined and prioritized based on data-driven insights. You will lead agile development processes, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to create seamless shopping experiences for international customers. You will develop business cases and financial models to explore new market opportunities and own the P&L metrics for cross-border products. Your role will involve designing and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys, leading localization efforts, and analyzing customer behavior data to enhance conversion rates. You will partner with UX teams to ensure that the user interface meets the needs of diverse international shoppers. Additionally, you will work with logistics partners to develop international shipping solutions and ensure compliance with regional regulations while maintaining the product vision.
