What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Amazon, you will own brand relationships within the Zappos Preferred Partnership Program, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for footwear brands. You will develop and execute business plans that drive selection growth and operational excellence, while analyzing performance data to recommend actionable strategies. Your role will involve supporting promotional and advertising initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to optimize brand stores and A+ content based on seasonal trends and conversion performance.
