Your experience includes leading end-to-end product roadmaps and execution plans, and you have a history of delivering impactful hardware and software experiences. You are adept at collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that all perspectives are considered in the product development process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the product roadmap for Amazon Key, defining the strategy and vision for customer access solutions. You will work closely with software and hardware engineering teams, program managers, and user experience designers to create a coherent customer experience across various applications. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring that all parties are aligned on product goals and timelines. You will also be responsible for conducting user research and leveraging customer feedback to inform product decisions, driving innovation and improvement in access control solutions.
You will coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that product launches are successful and that customer needs are met. Your role will require you to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. You will also be expected to mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product management culture within Amazon. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams will be essential in fostering collaboration and driving results.
