Your experience includes coordinating with construction, procurement, and operations teams to manage budgets and schedules effectively.

Desirable

Experience with FF&E and Décor packages is a plus, as is familiarity with the grocery retail sector. You are comfortable working with consultants and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all design elements meet the highest standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the design process for Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Real Estate, working closely with internal and external design partners. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive design development packages and creating schematic design packages that communicate your vision effectively. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams, including construction and operations, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will also create presentation packages to communicate design concepts to cross-functional teams and senior leadership, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals. Your ability to drive multiple projects through all phases of design, permitting, and construction administration will be crucial to your success in this position. You will be expected to take an entrepreneurial approach, wearing many hats and adapting to the fast-paced nature of the business.
