Your ability to translate brand design standards into innovative yet fiscally responsible solutions sets you apart. You are comfortable working across a large portfolio and multiple banners, adapting site-specific conditions to meet design metrics and standards.

You have a strong background in developing FF&E and DΓ©cor packages, ensuring that all design elements align with the brand's vision. Your experience includes creating comprehensive design development packages and presentation materials to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. You are detail-oriented and data-driven, capable of building a scope of work that services operating stores while interfacing with various stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the entire design process for Amazon's grocery stores, collaborating with internal and external design partners to ensure that all projects meet brand standards and operational needs. You will be responsible for creating schematic design packages that reflect innovative solutions tailored to specific site conditions. Your role will involve interfacing with various stakeholders to gather input and feedback, ensuring that all designs are aligned with operational goals and customer expectations.

You will drive the development of design packages that include FF&E and DΓ©cor elements, working closely with teams to ensure that all aspects of the design are executed flawlessly. Your ability to adapt to changing conditions and requirements will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of store design across multiple locations. You will also be tasked with presenting your designs to senior leadership, articulating the vision and rationale behind your choices.
