Your ability to build data-driven scopes of work with internal stakeholders ensures that your designs meet operational needs while being fiscally responsible. You are comfortable creating presentation packages to communicate design concepts to cross-functional teams and senior leadership, showcasing your strong communication skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the design process for Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Real Estate, interfacing with various stakeholders to ensure that designs align with brand standards and operational requirements. You will be responsible for developing FF&E and Décor packages, adapting metrics and standards to site-specific conditions, and driving the creation of Schematic Design Packages. Your role will involve collaborating with a diverse set of programs, ensuring that all designs are innovative yet practical.

You will work closely with internal and external design partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the design process. Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive design development packages and presentation materials to communicate your ideas effectively. You will also be expected to take an entrepreneurial approach, contributing to a fast-moving business unit that values innovation and customer obsession.
