You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable managing multiple projects throughout all phases of design, permitting, and construction administration. Your proactive and flexible attitude allows you to adapt to site-specific conditions while translating brand design standards into innovative solutions. You have experience working across diverse programs and managing relationships with both internal and external design partners.
You possess strong skills in design software such as AutoCAD and Adobe XD, enabling you to create comprehensive design development packages. Your ability to build data-driven scopes of work with internal stakeholders ensures that your designs meet operational needs while being fiscally responsible. You are comfortable creating presentation packages to communicate design concepts to cross-functional teams and senior leadership, showcasing your strong communication skills.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the design process for Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Real Estate, interfacing with various stakeholders to ensure that designs align with brand standards and operational requirements. You will be responsible for developing FF&E and DΓ©cor packages, adapting metrics and standards to site-specific conditions, and driving the creation of Schematic Design Packages. Your role will involve collaborating with a diverse set of programs, ensuring that all designs are innovative yet practical.
You will work closely with internal and external design partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the design process. Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive design development packages and presentation materials to communicate your ideas effectively. You will also be expected to take an entrepreneurial approach, contributing to a fast-moving business unit that values innovation and customer obsession.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $82,700.00 - $113,200.00 USD annually for this position, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
