What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the design process for a diverse portfolio of grocery store projects. You will interface with various stakeholders to ensure that designs meet brand standards while being fiscally responsible. Your responsibilities will include driving the creation of Schematic Design Packages and adapting design metrics to specific site conditions. You will work closely with internal teams to develop comprehensive design packages that align with operational needs.

You will also be responsible for presenting your design concepts to senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Your role will require you to balance creativity with practicality, ensuring that all designs are not only innovative but also feasible within budget constraints. You will have the opportunity to influence the design direction of Amazon's grocery stores, making a significant impact on the customer experience.
