What you'll do

As a Support Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and investigating vendor charge-back disputes. This involves reviewing evidence provided by vendors and ensuring that charge-backs are applied correctly. You will work closely with the Vendor Chargeback Dispute Management team to maintain a low error rate in charge-back audits, which is crucial for minimizing disputes. Your role will require you to follow established processes and guidelines while also being proactive in identifying areas for improvement.

You will collaborate with team members to ensure that all charge-back claims are handled efficiently and accurately. This may involve communicating with vendors to gather additional information or clarifications as needed. Your attention to detail will help ensure that the team meets its goals and maintains high standards of quality in its operations.
