Amazon is hiring a Support Operations Specialist (Seasonal) to assist in vendor chargeback dispute management. You'll work in Heredia, Costa Rica, focusing on analyzing and investigating vendor disputes. This role is temporary for 6 months.

You are legally authorized to work in Costa Rica and are available for a full-time, temporary position.
What you'll do
As a Support Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and investigating vendor chargeback disputes. You will ensure that disputes are applied correctly by performing custom investigations based on the evidence provided by vendors. Your role will also involve conducting charge-back audits to maintain a low error rate, which is crucial for minimizing dispute rates. You will collaborate with the Vendor Chargeback Dispute Management team to support various programs across different regions, including Europe and Mexico. Your contributions will help streamline operations and improve overall efficiency within the organization.
