What you'll do

You will perform custom investigations for each vendor using the evidence they provide against each claim. Additionally, you will participate in charge-back audits to maintain a low error rate, which is crucial for minimizing disputes. Your role will involve working closely with the Vendor Chargeback Dispute Management team to support various programs across different regions, including Europe and Mexico.
