Who you are
You have a strong background in systems engineering with a focus on networking — your experience includes designing and maintaining scalable system architectures that support complex infrastructures. You are proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell, which you use to automate system provisioning and improve operational efficiency.
Your expertise in network data analysis and visualization platforms allows you to monitor and optimize network performance effectively. You are familiar with tools like Splunk, ELK Stack, and Grafana, and you understand how to generate actionable insights from network traffic analysis. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, operations, deployment, and security teams to ensure seamless system functionality.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain the systems infrastructure for Amazon Leo, ensuring it meets the demands of delivering reliable internet to various customers. You will automate system provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes, enhancing the overall efficiency of the network.
You will develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for system updates and releases, ensuring that the infrastructure remains up-to-date and resilient. Troubleshooting complex system and infrastructure issues will be a key part of your responsibilities, requiring you to apply your analytical skills to resolve challenges swiftly.
Monitoring network performance will be crucial, and you will implement optimization strategies to enhance service delivery. You will also build and maintain data ingestion pipelines from various network sources, ensuring that data flows seamlessly into the analysis platforms.
