You are a motivated Systems Development Engineer with a passion for tackling challenges in the realm of satellite broadband technology. With a strong understanding of IT systems and processes, you have the ability to dive deep into technical details, document your findings, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your experience includes implementing security and compliance standards, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You possess a solid background in AWS, which is essential for managing and implementing controls within the Leo organization. Your analytical skills allow you to identify areas for process improvement and automation, driving innovative changes that enhance operational efficiency. You are comfortable collaborating with various teams, including Kuiper service teams, infrastructure teams, and Leo Security, to ensure that all systems meet compliance standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Leo control systems and processes that align with security and compliance standards. You will work closely with the Kuiper Enterprise Technology team, acting as a key liaison between different departments to implement and manage various controls. Your responsibilities will include analyzing existing systems, documenting processes, and driving innovative changes that improve operational efficiency. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of automation solutions that streamline workflows across the Leo organization.

As part of your role, you will engage in regular communication with stakeholders to ensure that all systems are functioning as intended and that compliance standards are met. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that contribute to the mission of delivering fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world.
