You have a solid background in semiconductor testing, particularly with classic ATE platforms, and are eager to expand your skills in system architecture. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for hardware development related to probe, final test, and system-level testing. You will also engage in software development for each insert, ensuring that our testing processes are efficient and effective.
