You have a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in test engineering, particularly in the semiconductor industry. Your strong programming skills enable you to write and debug test programs and develop test-related hardware effectively. You have experience with platforms like Teradyne UFlex/J750/ip750 and Advantest 93k, which are crucial for your role. You pay attention to detail and understand the importance of quality in testing processes, ensuring that every aspect of the SoC devices is thoroughly evaluated.

What you'll do

As a Senior SoC Test Engineer, you will be responsible for crafting and debugging ATE programs and hardware for the characterization, qualification, and production of SoC devices. You will develop and document comprehensive test plans for new devices, ensuring that they meet Apple's high standards for quality and performance. Your role will involve designing and debugging both software and hardware components, as well as coordinating with internal and external groups to streamline testing processes.

You will evaluate new products for their testability and operability, providing insights that will guide the development of future devices. Your expertise will help bring quality and efficient test solutions to mass production, ensuring that Apple products can seamlessly handle the tasks that make them beloved by millions. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and debugging new silicon, playing a critical role in the overall success of the Silicon Technologies group.
