What you'll do

As the Senior Training Manager, you will serve as the primary architect for the training ecosystem within Amazon Leo for Government. You will establish foundational programs that validate partner and employee readiness, ensuring they can effectively engage with government customers. Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive content and certifications that align with role qualifications. You will design validation processes that measure the real-world application of skills, ensuring consistent competency across the organization.
