What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design efforts for Audible's user experience, focusing on crafting refined interface elements that enhance usability across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with business goals and user needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also be involved in defining design standards and best practices to ensure consistency across products. As a Principal UX Designer, you will mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team. You will stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Audible at the forefront of user experience design.
