Who you are

You are a strong UX Designer with a proven ability to traverse the entire lifecycle of product development, including user research, design, prototyping, and usability evaluation. You thrive in collaborative environments, working side-by-side with application engineering teams and presenting your ideas clearly to C-suite executives and external customers. You have a user-centered mindset and are passionate about creating designs that provoke users' emotions and actions.

Your experience includes building complex interactive prototypes in Figma, allowing you to validate ideas with customers and support sales pitches effectively. You are skilled in creating clear user flows, wireframes, and mockups that define and communicate product direction. You understand the importance of maintaining scalable UI patterns and design specs, ensuring polished delivery in collaboration with engineers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive the UX vision for Yieldmo's next-generation platform, partnering closely with product, design, and engineering teams. You will design user-first solutions grounded in research, data, customer feedback, and technical constraints. Your responsibilities will include building interactive prototypes in Figma, creating user flows, wireframes, and mockups, and maintaining scalable UI patterns. You will present sophisticated design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization. You can expect to move fast and break things, embracing an agile approach to design and development.
