What you'll do

In this role, you will define the vision for the Shopbop and Zappos site experiences, leading a high-impact team of designers to develop a transformational customer experience. You will architect scalable design systems and patterns that ensure efficiency and reduce complexity across brands. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and improving the user experience of the F2Subs brands, collaborating with engineering, marketing, merchandising, and product management teams to integrate UX into all aspects of the product development process. You will spearhead AI-driven design initiatives that enhance shopping experiences for customers, simplifying complexity and driving engagement. Presenting your vision and strategies to stakeholders will be a key part of your role, ensuring alignment and support for your initiatives. You will also be instrumental in building and maintaining key partnerships across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
