Your expertise in advising on sourcing strategies and hiring best practices is critical to your success in this role.

You understand the importance of building pipelines proactively and ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for every candidate. You are committed to cultivating a group of true subject-matter experts and value quality over volume in your recruitment efforts.
What you'll do
As a Freelance Tech Recruiter at amo, you will own the full hiring process from sourcing to closing, ensuring that every candidate has a positive experience. You will work closely with the founding team to take ownership of key hiring areas and participate in recruitment strategy discussions. Your role will involve defining ideal candidate profiles and interview strategies, as well as advising on compensation and sourcing strategies.
You will be at the forefront of discovering and engaging exceptional talent for various technical roles, including iOS, Android, Backend engineers, SRE, and Product profiles. Your ability to build pipelines proactively will be essential, as will your commitment to process building and improvement. You will contribute meaningfully to shaping the future of amo by building an exceptional recruiting function from the ground up.
