You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to drive value realization effectively. You understand the importance of customer feedback and are skilled at translating that into actionable insights for product teams.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and are committed to their success.

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Amplitude, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of emerging enterprise customers in the New York tri-state area. Your primary focus will be to build and maintain strong relationships with these clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the Amplitude platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction.

You will collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to relay customer feedback and advocate for enhancements that align with customer needs. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with clients, helping them navigate the platform and optimize their use of our analytics tools. You will also identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within your accounts, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
