You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry. With 5+ years of experience, you understand how to foster strong relationships with enterprise clients and ensure they derive maximum value from the products they use. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess customer data and feedback, driving improvements in service delivery and product features. What you'll do
As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Iterable, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes using our platform. You will act as the primary point of contact for these clients, guiding them through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
