What you'll do

In this role, you will own the technical leadership across CX AI opportunities in the EMEA region, collaborating closely with sales to shape deal strategies and enhance customer outcomes. You will conduct structured discovery workshops to surface business goals, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations, ensuring that all aspects of customer needs are addressed.

You will design future-state architectures that effectively combine product analytics, marketing insights, and customer experience data, all while maintaining secure and compliant environments.
