What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Amplitude, you will own the technical leadership across CX AI opportunities in the EMEA region. This involves partnering with sales teams to develop and execute strategies that meet customer needs and drive successful outcomes. You will conduct structured discovery workshops to surface business goals, technical constraints, and success metrics, ensuring that all aspects of customer requirements are understood and addressed.

You will design future-state architectures that combine product analytics, marketing insights, and customer experience data, ensuring that these solutions are secure and compliant with relevant regulations. Your role will also involve delivering tailored demonstrations that effectively showcase Amplitude's AI capabilities, helping customers visualize the potential impact on their business.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to your success, as you will work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development.
