You possess a functional understanding of go-to-market systems and workflows, which allows you to navigate complex customer ecosystems seamlessly. If you have 2+ years of AI sales engineering experience, that would be even better, as it aligns with our focus on AI-powered solutions in the enterprise space. What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Decagon, you will serve as a technical advisor and trusted consultant to enterprise prospects and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive value-based solutioning and integration of Decagon’s AI-native platform into complex customer ecosystems. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor solutions that meet those needs effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including engineering teams, to ensure that the solutions you propose are feasible and align with the technical capabilities of our platform. You will also be responsible for presenting technical solutions to customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth implementation process.
