What you'll do
In this role, you will engage with enterprise customers throughout their journey with Mixpanel, acting as a trusted advisor to help them leverage the platform effectively. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to identify customer needs and develop strategies that align with their business goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical workshops, providing product demonstrations, and assisting customers with the integration of Mixpanel into their existing systems. You will also manage customer feedback and work with the product team to advocate for enhancements that improve user experience. Your role will be pivotal in driving customer success and ensuring that clients achieve measurable results from their investment in Mixpanel.
