You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Account Executives to win complex, multi-stakeholder deals. You are passionate about helping customers optimize their digital experiences and understand the value of data-driven decision-making. Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Amplitude, you will be the technical quarterback for our most strategic opportunities in Toronto. You will partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs and demonstrate how Amplitude's platform can address their challenges. Leading technical discovery sessions, you will gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. You will architect custom proof-of-concept implementations that showcase the capabilities of our platform, helping prospects visualize the impact on their business. Your role will involve serving as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through the evaluation process and addressing any technical concerns they may have. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support.
