Who you are

You are a seasoned Solutions Engineer with a strong background in post-sales support and customer engagement. You thrive in ambiguous situations and are resourceful in finding solutions that meet customer needs. Your experience allows you to lead complex customer engagements with minimal guidance, ensuring that clients receive the best possible outcomes from Recharge's subscription platform.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable solutions is a key strength. You are passionate about customer retention and understand the importance of delivering seamless experiences that drive revenue growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with the Customer Success and Implementations teams to support the growing needs of Recharge's clients. You will be responsible for driving high-quality solution design and supporting expansion opportunities. Your expertise will directly influence customer outcomes, helping to elevate the effectiveness of the Solutions Engineering team.

You will engage with high-performing merchants, understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored solutions that enhance their subscription businesses. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, contributing to the overall success of Recharge.
