Overview

BitGo is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead technical and product demos throughout the sales cycle. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide implementation guidance. This role requires strong technical expertise and client relationship management skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in solutions engineering, with experience in leading technical and product demonstrations throughout the sales cycle. Your ability to nurture client relationships is exceptional, as you understand their business requirements and technical architecture. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with executive directors, product management, and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Your technical expertise allows you to guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a seamless experience with BitGo's products and services. You are adept at conducting workshops and training sessions, helping clients navigate the complexities of digital asset solutions. Your communication skills enable you to present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead technical and product demos, driving workshops and providing implementation guidance to clients. You will manage continuous client relationships, ensuring their expectations are met and their technical support needs are addressed. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development of solutions that align with client requirements and BitGo's offerings.

You will be responsible for understanding customer technical architecture and providing insights that enhance their experience with BitGo's services. Your role will involve presenting to executive sponsors, showcasing the value of BitGo's solutions in transforming financial markets. You will play a key role in the sales process, working closely with prospective customers to demonstrate how BitGo can meet their digital asset needs.
