What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Trainer at Amplitude, you will design and deliver training programs that empower clients to effectively use our digital analytics platform. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to stay updated on the latest features and best practices, ensuring that your training materials are relevant and impactful. You will conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions, adapting your approach to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Your role will involve gathering feedback from participants to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. You will also collaborate with the customer success team to identify training opportunities that align with client goals and objectives.
