Who you are

You have experience in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment β€” you understand the importance of building and sustaining long-term relationships with clients. You are enthusiastic about engaging with healthcare professionals, including Optometrists and Office Managers, to ensure their success in using our platform.

You are comfortable using various tools such as HubSpot, Slack, and G-suite to manage your workflow and client interactions β€” your organizational skills allow you to effectively navigate through lists of contacts and prioritize tasks. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to represent Anagram's values and mission confidently.

You are driven by results and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth within your book of business β€” your proactive approach helps you retain and expand revenue streams. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Desirable

Experience in the healthcare technology sector is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of our clients' needs. Familiarity with revenue cycle management or insurance billing processes would also be beneficial, allowing you to provide more informed support to our users.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Anagram, you will be the frontline face of our company, responsible for ensuring that our clients successfully adopt and engage with our insurance billing platform. You will manage relationships with small to mid-sized doctors’ offices, guiding them through the features and benefits of our solution.

You will conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have β€” your goal is to ensure they are getting the most out of our platform. You will also identify upsell opportunities and work collaboratively with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

You will leverage tools like HubSpot to track client interactions and manage your pipeline effectively β€” your analytical skills will help you interpret data and make informed decisions to enhance customer engagement. You will participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices, ensuring you can answer client questions competently.
