What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Ivalua, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers are successful post-implementation. You will be responsible for driving strong adoption of the Ivalua platform, ensuring that customers are satisfied and engaged. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and challenges, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and advocate for their interests. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers, conducting training sessions, and providing insights on best practices to maximize the value of our solutions. You will also track customer health metrics and work proactively to mitigate any risks to customer satisfaction and retention.
