What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Twitch, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the campaign management process. You will work with the finance team to handle client approvals and ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Your role will involve owning the pre-sale process related to media planning and internal insertion orders (IOs), ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently.
You will collaborate with various teams to support Twitch's objectives and enhance client satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage client expectations will be crucial in driving advertising revenue and maintaining strong relationships with 1P clients.
