Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, with experience in building and maintaining strategic customer relationships. Your ability to drive customer onboarding and implementation ensures successful adoption of complex products, allowing customers to realize their value quickly. You are adept at conducting regular business reviews, identifying opportunities for growth, and exceeding retention and expansion targets. Your technical aptitude enables you to quickly learn and understand complex products, making you a trusted advisor to your customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as their primary strategic partner. You will drive customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring successful adoption and time-to-value. Conducting regular business reviews with customers will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to track progress and identify areas for improvement. You will leverage your deep product expertise and business acumen to influence customer success and drive retention. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within your accounts, ensuring that customers maximize the value of Warp's payroll and tax solutions.

What we offer

Warp provides a competitive compensation package, including On Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $105,000 to $128,000, which includes base salary and variable compensation tied to retention and expansion metrics. You will also have the opportunity to earn equity in a rapidly growing company that is on track to process $1BN in payroll transactions annually by the end of 2025.
