Overview

Anrok is seeking a GTM Recruiter to build and scale their Go-to-Market functions. You'll partner with leadership to attract top talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations. This role requires strong recruiting skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Who you are

You have a strong background in recruiting, particularly in Go-to-Market functions, and understand the nuances of hiring for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations roles. You are a trusted advisor to leadership, helping to shape the recruitment strategy and processes that attract top talent. Your experience allows you to own end-to-end recruiting for senior and critical hires, ensuring that the best candidates are identified and engaged throughout the hiring process. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with various teams to understand their needs and challenges. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for designing effective recruitment infrastructure and best practices that enhance the overall hiring experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in building Anrok's recruiting team, focusing on the Go-to-Market functions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. Additionally, you will help design and implement best practices for candidate engagement and experience, ensuring that every candidate has a positive interaction with Anrok. You will also analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
