You have a proven track record in technical recruiting, ideally with experience in SaaS or technology sectors. What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with various business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies. You will source, engage, and assess candidates, ensuring they not only have the required skills but also the determination to succeed in a competitive environment. You will guide candidates through a high-stakes interview process, focusing on creating a positive experience that reflects PagerDuty's values. Additionally, you will work on continuously improving recruiting processes, leveraging feedback and data to enhance the overall effectiveness of the hiring strategy.
You will serve as a culture ambassador, modeling the resilience and passion that PagerDuty values. Your role will involve collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure alignment in hiring practices and to promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.
