What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for the Sales team at Baseten — from role kickoff through offer acceptance, you will ensure that hiring goals are met and that the process runs smoothly. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies that attract highly qualified candidates, leveraging various tools and creative outreach methods.

You will focus on enhancing the candidate experience, providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will continuously seek to improve recruiting processes, ensuring that they are efficient and effective in meeting the needs of the organization as it grows.
