Who you are

You have a strong background in recruiting, particularly in the areas of Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing — you've successfully managed the full recruiting lifecycle and understand the nuances of building high-performing teams. Your experience includes partnering with leadership to design and implement effective recruiting strategies that align with business goals. You are comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance recruiting velocity and improve candidate experiences. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders alike. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by the challenge of scaling teams in a high-growth company. You are passionate about creating a positive candidate experience and ensuring that the hiring process is efficient and effective.

What you'll do

As the GTM Recruiter at Metaview, you will take ownership of the recruiting lifecycle for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing roles. You will collaborate closely with the Co-founder/CEO and GTM leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies. Your role will involve sourcing and engaging top talent, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates against clear, structured criteria. You will also help design foundational systems, processes, and tools that will scale our hiring engine as we continue to grow. You will be responsible for optimizing the recruiting process, ensuring that we maintain a high standard of quality while accelerating our hiring efforts. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
