You have over 8 years of enterprise sales experience in Japan, particularly within the Telecommunications sector. Your background includes a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building strong relationships with government entities and telecommunications organizations. You possess excellent consultative sales skills, allowing you to engage effectively with senior officials and technical stakeholders. You are adept at orchestrating internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet stringent security and compliance requirements.
You understand the nuances of the Telecommunications industry and are passionate about leveraging AI technology to drive digital transformation. Your ability to identify high-value opportunities and execute territory plans will be crucial in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at navigating complex sales processes.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Anthropic, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of AI technology across Japan's government and Telecommunications organizations. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and will work closely with senior leaders to modernize their operations. Your role will involve building and executing territory plans to identify high-value opportunities within national government ministries and quasi-governmental organizations.
You will lead consultative sales processes, positioning AI as a key driver for digital government transformation and improved citizen services. Collaborating with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Applied AI, you will ensure that solutions meet the necessary security, compliance, and procurement standards. Your success will be measured by your ability to win new major accounts and expand existing relationships, ultimately contributing to Anthropic's mission of creating reliable and beneficial AI systems.
