Who you are
You have over 8 years of experience in sales, particularly within the financial services and insurance sectors — you've successfully driven revenue growth and built strong relationships with key stakeholders in major financial institutions. Your consultative sales approach allows you to engage effectively with senior executives, including CIOs and Chief Risk Officers, to understand their needs and position AI solutions as essential for digital transformation.
You possess a deep understanding of the financial services landscape in Japan, including the regulatory environment and the unique challenges faced by banks, insurers, and fintech companies. Your ability to navigate complex sales processes and orchestrate internal teams ensures that you can deliver tailored solutions that meet stringent regulatory and security requirements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and exceed revenue targets by winning new major accounts and expanding existing relationships across Japan's financial services and insurance sectors. You will build and execute territory plans, identifying high-value opportunities among megabanks, regional banks, life and non-life insurers, and diversified financial groups. Your consultative sales processes will involve leading discussions with senior executives to position AI as a driver for digital transformation and regulatory compliance.
You will orchestrate internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Applied AI, to deliver solutions that meet the stringent regulatory, security, and data governance requirements of the financial services industry. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, allowing you to adapt your strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
