Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success, particularly within the public sector, where you've developed genuine partnerships with government agencies. Your expertise allows you to understand mission objectives and strategic directions, enabling you to serve as a trusted advisor to your clients. You are adept at navigating the unique constraints of government operations, including compliance and reporting requirements related to AI.

Your technical knowledge of AI systems and their applications in the public sector is robust, allowing you to optimize use cases for maximum mission impact. You are skilled in change management strategies that align with mission-driven cultures, ensuring that your clients can effectively implement AI solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the strategic partner for government customers, helping them harness the full potential of Anthropic's AI capabilities. You will work closely with leaders in federal civilian agencies, state and local governments, and national security organizations to understand their unique needs and objectives. Your role will involve guiding these clients through their journey with Anthropic, ensuring they achieve their mission goals through effective AI adoption.

You will focus on driving AI usage within the public sector, implementing change management strategies that resonate with mission-driven cultures. Your responsibilities will include optimizing use cases to demonstrate the value of AI solutions, thereby supporting continued investment from your clients.
