You have deep expertise in the Canadian public sector and defense landscape — you understand the unique requirements and challenges faced by government organizations as they navigate the complex journey of AI adoption. You are a trusted advisor and strategic partner, capable of building strong relationships with Canadian federal departments, provincial agencies, Crown corporations, and defense organizations.
You possess a strong understanding of frontier AI technologies and their transformative potential — you are passionate about helping organizations implement these solutions in secure, highly regulated environments. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by a mission to scale intelligence to serve humanity — your commitment to customer success is evident in your proactive approach to problem-solving and your dedication to delivering value. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead our most strategic government accounts, guiding organizations through the implementation of frontier AI solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored advice and support throughout the adoption process. Your expertise will help ensure that solutions are effectively integrated into existing systems and processes, maximizing their impact.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, and designers, to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the future of our offerings, as you advocate for the needs of public sector clients.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout the implementation process. Your ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner will be crucial in building trust and credibility with clients.
