What you'll do

As the Director of Order Management & Billing, you will develop and execute a strategic roadmap that aligns with the company's growth targets. You will lead and coach teams responsible for order management and billing, ensuring they operate at peak performance. Your role will involve defining key performance indicators and operational dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of processes. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and enhance the customer billing experience.

You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales, Finance, Customer Success, IT, and Operations, to architect efficient processes that improve cash flow and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that all operational processes related to contract validation, order intake, and billing operations are executed with accuracy and on time. You will also play a key role in supporting revenue assurance throughout the order-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring that customers receive a seamless billing experience.
