Your technical expertise allows you to serve as a primary escalation point during live events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality output.
You thrive in dynamic environments where real-time decision-making is crucial — your ability to think on your feet and solve problems as they arise makes you an invaluable asset during live broadcasts. You are also skilled in collaborating with diverse teams, ensuring that all technical aspects align with the overall vision of the event.

You understand the importance of collaboration and transparency in advancing AI safety, and you are eager to contribute to this mission.
Desirable
Experience with large-scale event production and a deep understanding of the latest audiovisual technologies will set you apart — familiarity with industry standards and best practices is a plus. You may also have a background in strategic infrastructure planning, which will help you drive the long-term vision for the audiovisual team.

You will be responsible for making real-time technical decisions during live productions, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and meets the high standards expected by the organization.
You will collaborate closely with the events team to develop and implement global broadcast standards and systems that can scale with the organization — your insights will help shape the future of event production at Anthropic. You will also work hands-on with the latest audiovisual technologies, ensuring that all equipment is set up and functioning optimally for each event.
In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will play a key role in mentoring and guiding junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team. Your leadership will be essential in driving the team's success and ensuring that everyone is aligned with the organization's mission.
