What you'll do

As the first Forward Deployed Engineering Manager at Anthropic, you will lead a team that is at the forefront of enterprise AI deployment. Your primary responsibility will be to hire and develop a high-performing team of Forward Deployed Engineers who will work directly with strategic customers. You will collaborate closely with Engagement Managers to ensure that your team is delivering quality code while managing customer expectations and project timelines. You will also be responsible for establishing best practices and operational standards that will guide your team's work and enhance customer satisfaction.
