What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Human Data Interfaces team, you will be responsible for architecting and building data collection pipelines that support rapid iteration while balancing data quality and system maintainability. You will collaborate closely with research teams to understand their evolving data needs and iterate quickly on collection methods. Your role will involve partnering with the Human Data Operations team to design interfaces that streamline their workflows and make their jobs easier. You will also think deeply about the experience of the crowdworkers and vendors using these systems, ensuring that the interfaces you build are clear and efficient.
