You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy working with teams across People Operations, Recruiting, Finance, and Legal — your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders ensures that you can advocate for employees while aligning with business objectives. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for data processing, which helps you manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive internal mobility program strategy that aligns with Anthropic's objectives and business needs. You will manage the day-to-day operations for internal transfers, including mobility logistics and data processing, ensuring a smooth experience for employees exploring new opportunities.
You will serve as a trusted resource and guide for employees interested in pursuing new internal opportunities and for managers looking to identify internal talent.
