What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive internal mobility program strategy that aligns with Anthropic's objectives and business needs. You will manage the day-to-day operations for internal transfers, including mobility logistics and data processing, ensuring a smooth experience for employees exploring new opportunities.

You will serve as a trusted resource and guide for employees interested in pursuing new internal opportunities and for managers looking to identify internal talent. Your responsibilities will include creating pathways for career growth, developing training materials, and facilitating workshops to educate employees about internal mobility options.
