You have extensive experience in managing immigration and mobility programs, ideally in a global context — you've successfully navigated complex regulatory environments and understand the nuances of international talent management. Your strategic mindset allows you to align immigration policies with broader workforce strategies, ensuring that they support business growth while enhancing employee experience.
You possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record of building durable programs with clear governance structures — you thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with senior leaders across People, Legal, and Finance to drive effective talent mobility strategies. Your ability to balance risk, cost, and employee experience is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As the Director of Immigration & Mobility Programs, you will own the end-to-end immigration and mobility operating model, ensuring it is scalable and durable — you will set the strategy for how HubSpot hires and moves talent globally, advising senior leaders on location decisions and sponsorship approaches. Your role will involve designing and maintaining global immigration and mobility policies that are practical and defensible, aligned with HubSpot's people philosophy.
You will operationalize governance frameworks that ensure accountability across People Ops, vendors, and internal partners — your insights will guide critical workforce decisions, helping HubSpot navigate regulatory changes effectively. You will also focus on enhancing the employee experience, ensuring that talent mobility is seamless and supportive of individual career growth.
